What is The Omni-Win Project?

The Omni-Win Project is a multimedia effort to facilitate the healing and evolution of our democratic systems and political culture, so that we can co-create a future that works for everyone.

Democracy is struggling

Our democratic system is ineffective, and our political culture is divisive. People do not believe that powerful people are listening to their voices, and we are unable to make wise collective decisions.

Our system needs to evolve

I believe we desperately need to evolve our democracy and develop a better political culture. It must recognize our interconnectedness, include all stakeholder voices, and aim to create a future where we all win.

We already have the solutions

The tools, skills, groups, organizations, individuals and visions to build a win-win democracy already exist. Why are the solutions not being used? On one hand, not enough people know that these resources are available; and on the other hand, the forward-thinking omni-win leaders are too spread out and not in communication with each other.

I want the world to know

That’s where the Omni-Win Project comes in. The project is a multimedia effort to raise awareness of the myriad existing and emergent opportunities we have to improve our democracy and heal our political culture. I long to put the leaders of this transformation into conversation with each other.

What Does The Omni-Win Project Do?

The Omni-Win Project is where you can learn about the people, tools, and ideas that already exist to solve the crisis of our democracy and heal our political divisions, so that together we can co-create a future where everyone wins.

The Omni-Win Project regularly produces this free content:

The Omni-Win Project uses a framework with four strategic themes:

  1. Collaborative Communication: Interpersonal and collective conversations that effectively include diverse perspectives and lead to quality decision making.

  2. Win-Win Democratic Systems and Structures: to ensure citizen participation and upgrade our political process to support deliberative and sustainable decision making?

  3. Culture of Interconnectedness: Frameworks can help us understand our interdependence, transcend polarization, and develop a cultural paradigm that values the need to meet everyone's needs.

  4. Omnipartial Individual Development: Supporting people to better understand our sovereignty and inter-relatedness, live in complexity and adopt omnipartiality as a value to guide our actions.

Who is Duncan Autrey?

Duncan is a conflict transformation facilitator and a catalyst for cultural change. With lifelong dedication to his work, he has over twenty years of experience in training and professional education.

Duncan has worked with individuals, groups and communities in many arenas and countries. He helps people transform their conflict issues through a variety of conflict management and communication skills.

With an understanding of the fractal nature of conflict, his primary goal is to raise awareness of the many ways that conflict, at all scales, can be transformed into a win/win outcome for everyone involved. Duncan terms this “omni-win.”

I can't achieve the goals of The Omni-Win Project alone. We need everyone involved and that includes you.
